I noticed all the enemies you capture dont show up in the pen

There's only a few enemies in the pen and I captured more that aren't in there. Is this a glitch or are only certain ones supposed to be in there ?

there is propably an upper limit to how many creatures you can have.

I highly doubt both the game and your computer will like having a 100 raccoons active in one place.
