Custom outfits?

This game looks like a lot of fun to speedrun, but unfortunately I'd be worried about running it on stream and/or at marathons for obvious reasons...

Is there a way to put in something that will cover up all the up-skirting at least?

As for speedrunning, it'd be a pretty fast one. You can skip quite a bit if you know where to go and remember the codes you need, though I guess you'd need to route what weapons and ammo to go for. At the least I'd guess you want the shotgun for the end. -3-

I reckon it'd be possible to go pacifist through most of it too, as almost every enemy is either very slow or only moves if you provoke them.
