I finally translated it by the "cool" meaning, like, "fun", not by the "cool" meaning like "cold"... Do you think it was right ?

If that episode of MLP, "Art of the Dress", has been translated into the language in question (which is likely), check what Rainbow Dash says instead of "twenty percent cooler".

Pomme, yes, that translation would be correct. the phrase rainbow dash utters is indeed "twenty percent cooler" in the english version, "cooler" meaning more awesome.
