I play with voice off and no subtitles (sorry, the voice acting is pretty bad) so I was having a hard time knowing what to do. Someone managed to get the achievement https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dzmX1IISVe4

I managed to do what the guy did in the video but I wasn't granted the achievement! It took hours and hours of gameplay. Does anyone know if you have to not die the entire level beforehand and also not die in that section?
