Search for the line MaxSmoothedFrameRate=62 replace with MaxSmoothedFrameRate=144 save and it should work know.
Just an FYI my Monitor is currently running at 120Hz
Eyesight is fine, :) Monitor can run at 144hz i7-6700K GTX1070 My main reason for capping frame rates is that my location is hot and if i let my video card go full throttle then it sounds like an airport in my room. I honestly have never had an issue running my games at 60FPS ofcourse there are games that will not allow me to cap at 60 so i only play those when the weather is cooler.
I can speak for myself that i see a huge difference between 60hz and 120hz.
I have a 165hz monitor and i always check if i can unlock the fps framerate of games. It's a much smoother experience.
Oh i have no doubt and do not disagree with you at all, i have a friend that runs D2 at max 200FPS for me it is a case of each to their own i guess. I like running my monitor at 120hz as it is comfortable rate to look at on the desktop.
But just to clarify i have never ever told anybody to run their games at 60FPS, i only do so because it is less of a load on my system in our hot climate.
Thank you Josh
