Unlockables

More like uncollectables. Whenever I find one of fred's writings, it always says 'you have unlocked a new unlockable, go check the options' yet the count never changes. it says 15/25, i only have goat mode open, and no matter how much writings i find the number never goes up, nor the other 2 modes unlock. What am i supposed to do?
