Did you check the audio settings in game and turn up your voice volume? Also is then when you first join a lobby? Sometimes it happens when you first join a lobby but gets fixed after a game gets loaded.
This was my second suggestion, just had to make sure you'd closed out the game as I've known people to have this issue that hadn't done so. I've also seen tweaking the mic sensitivity in the settings to alleviate this as well.
1. Run the command Win+R
2. Type appdata into the box that pops up
3. Go to Local
4. Delete the 'LockdownProtocol' folder
5. Start the game again (this will automatically create a new clean folder
Audio settings if i remember right make your mike default on windows then the game can pic it up
