Loyalty runs? What are those? I haven't invested much time in the community of the game.
That sounds like a fiun time.
I tried it with Zhu Ran though. Slapping the same weapon on his person. It works quite well, and it's easier to make the switch. Though it takes some getting used to for me.
Someone like Cai Wenji can use it, though it's kind of slow if I go by the first 3 charge attacks 'rule'. But if she can pull off her 5th charge to an ex, it's a lot easier to keep enemies from touching the ground, which is always fun to do in crowds.
As or lingqi... I can see the advantage, but I think she's fine having other weapons. I mean, I like using either flame blade or the mandarin duck hooks. I think it might have to do with the shadow sprint, giving me an easier time dashing around the field. That, and it's long unlike the sucky flail shadow sprint...
Might as well just try things out and see what sticks for me. Though I'll probably keep my own 'rule' of having 2 different weapons, albeit with the highest affinity for a specific character.
