PC Save Data to PS Vita
I've heard you can port your save data from your ps3 and 4 version of the game onto the PS Vita version but is it possible to port your PC data onto it as well?

maybe not... AFAIK PS3 save system, not only making folder for each game, they make PFD and SFO file...
some game though.. making .DAT file which is same like PC version save data

but why u not try it urself?
first make sure the extension right, if extension different try rename
then copy to either console... see if it work

Oh sorry I should explain: I don't currently own a Vita but i'm planning on getting one and just would like to ask beforehand. So basically, I would need to convert the save data to a different format and then import the data via a usb?

i dont own ps4/vita... so cant say exact things but for PS3
for example : BLJM60291-SAVEDATA (shinsangokumusou6 / DW7) folder consist 4file (app.bin icon0.png param.pfd param.sfo)
i suspect app.bin = save data and there NO save.dat
i have PS3 shinsangokumusou7... but need to copy savedata to my pc first to check if it same or not

fyi some ps3 games save data use .dat some not....
if it use .dat then maybe u can just simply copy it to vita/ps3/ps4
if not... like app.bin i mention above, u can try rename save.dat to app.bin and see if the save working or not
