An effective way to play Lianshi?
Two reasons have made me try out Lianshi, however she seems to be a little more difficult to play than most officers. I figure to fight with the offweapon, twin axes for me, and do a switch midcombo and finish with the xbow. However, her nonaerial musou, storm rush, and rage musou seem very weak. Has anyone found a good way to play her?

I love using her. She's more of an Elemental One-Shot character. My setup for her:
Slash-Flash-Thunder-Velocity-Jubilation-Cyclone. Her C4 one-shots just about anything with this, especially if you abuse her weapon swap power-up, which further increases your attack speed. Her regular ground musou clears crowds and her alternate ground restores health.

Sorry for the gigantic post but i like complete answers

You basically just play with two crossbows and Switch Attack spam to get the big attack speed buff and basically spam C4. The thing with C4 is that every bolt on it procs elements so using Slash Flash Thunder Cyclone is the most effective way to play her because they do percentage health damage Cyclone works when they are blocking (Consistent 20% health damage and 100% activation rate when enemy is blocking).

and Slash and Thunder have a random proc chance when they aren't that also does percentage health damage. Flash isn't a element but it works when you do a certain amount of dps. Which elements proc. Except for cyclone because flash doesn't work when enemies are blocking (Thunder and Slash don't as well).

Induction and Explosive aren't elements please don't be fooled by what is a common mistake.
They just boost your physical damage and have a really high proc rate on all attacks but they can mess up certain skills. They also work by spamming C4 because even if it didn't have elemental procs it has a really big number of bolts in it and does a huge load of damage.

There's 2 ways to play her. The most effective and consistent one that is the one overlymadhatter posted

The second one that won't be effective all the time (but most of it still) because it isn't a consistent setup which is Cyclone-Induction-Velocity-Jubilation-Flurry-Frenzy(You can switch Frenzy for Explosive).

Basically her Rage Musou isn't weak but it isn't worth building for musou to work on her, you would be doing it only for the sake of Rage Musou at least when playing on ultimate difficulty. I'm guessing that you don't want to make a weapon setup that will only be effective when playing at low difficulties right? R1 Musou is really weak but at least the heal is the biggest a musou can give in the game without jubilation. So if you're on a big need for health you should use it.
