Mods and DLC

Is there a modding community for this game and if yes where I can go to? For example in nexus mods there are only 2 mods and both are just meh... Reshade is ok but I want better graphics mod or something like that.

And about DLC is there a way to get some DLC cheaper or free as a mod, cuz of being a Complete version of the game it is not so complete xD Not gonna spend 4x the money I spent for a base game. I know in some games you can get like a DLC map as a workshop mod. I just don't understand the logic of paying so much money for some cosmetic stuff. Thanks in advance :)

No and no. There are hardly any mods for this game, KT games are hard to mod. And you can't get DLCs cheaper for Steam version. But you can get the game on Microsoft Store, it has all possible DLCs included
