each 10 levels - a random wapon and a random mount
first 30 consecutive levels - Shadow Runner
next 30 consecutive levels - Hex Mark
next 30 consecutive levels - Red Hare
100 consecutive levels - War Elephant
To reach 100, just go for Beginner's difficulty and only pick the material quest and aim for the leader straightaway.
also, if you're going for level 100, make sure you have empty spot for your reward (War Elephant) or it will go to waste.

Although I will say this. The red hare from this is a marginal upgrade over pucho, and the elephant is complete garbage.
