Time consuming to 100%?

Was thinking about getting every achievement, but im having a hard time figuring out how long that would take. Don't know a lot about this game, but i think there is an achievement for getting every tier 6 weapon which means replaying every single level again right?
Anyone can give me an estimate or how long did it take you guys`?

I haven't beaten DW8, I just barely bought it. But from my experience from DW3/XL, getting all those special weapons for every character took me a long time, pretty time consuming, like one month maybe (but worth it). So i'd imagine that DW8 would be no different in that it will be even more time consuming because of more new characters, modes, and such.

but you know, Id rather get an opinion from someone who's actually done it xD

If there is for ambition, then you prob have to do that for 2.0

Goodness...you have to do so much lol, yea I don't think I'll ever 100%...getting the ultimate weapons is good enough for me xD

I am almost at the end, griding the last few stages in Ultimate then a few objectives left on some levels and Steam show I have 125h in the game now :)

I would say your first priority should be to get one level 6 weapon quickly with whatever character you can/like (I went LuBu since he is easy, I like his moveset and its powerful). Wang Yuanji and her throwing daggers is also VERY powerful (especially her jump Musou which carried me through all Ambition mode and mode + basically, she gets Musou/Rage very quickly so you can just spam it)

Since you can now use Weapon Fusion on 6th weapon you can easily get a very very powerful weapon quickly. Once you have that you can just use that same weapon on all your other characters, that is how I grinded the 6th weapons for all characters, they all used my LuBu "perfect" 6th weapon. I also used lots of money on each characters in the Academy so they are all level 50+, made it easier to get their weapons. I actually enjoyed using all characters at least once and see all their Musou/Rage, most of the objectives are not that bad to do either

For the last few achievements in Free Mode (do all levels in Ultimate, get ranks A and the Goal Getter one) I am doing them with my lvl 150 LuBu, again he is easy and powerful. You just need lots of money to level in the Academy and max Defense/Attack. It is this part that takes the longest by far, Ambition mode was not so bad.

I say "griding" but I still enjoy playing the game very much, find it "relaxing" to do a couple of levels after work or some more "serious" games

I'd say grinding is always fun if you have someone like Lu Bu. Dat Air Musou XD

No, I think there is one achievement for maxxing the bond with one character but that's it.
Bodyguards in general are pretty useless, they are only "needed" for getting the 3rd objectives in free mode levels.

Exactly =D
Wang Yuanji's one is also very good, less spread than LuBu's one but she can get Rage/Musou very very quickly so you just spam it
