How do Import a save?

Or maybe my save is just busted in general? Installed the game on a new rig, found my old save file. It doesn't seem to recognise the file when I copy it over, and I can't get it create to a new save file either from the looks of it. Love the game but it's such a funky port :/

Shame because I was about to drop a tonne of cash on all the DLC's too.

The Save of DW8XLCE is in Documents in a folder called TecmoKoei

There just doesn't seem to be anything in the TecmoKoei folder for Dynasty warriors. The TechmoKoei folder IS there, with a save for a different game, but Dynasty Warriors doesn't seem to save progress at all. I tried to play the game enough to create a save, then replace the save with my old one... but there seems to be nothing there at all.

Does that make sense?

Its possible that the document u found in both locations is not your save file(not saying I am correct, just saying its possible). My save for example is under Program Files(x86), not my documents.

Easiest way I know to locate the game is through steam. Select properties for DW8 and then choose "Local Files" and "browse". The current save on your current computer should be with the game; and unless u specified it to save in another location on your old computer, it should also be with the game.
