V-Sync 0, 1 and 2 should be more clearly explained

Dear developers,

I've tried your V-sync options and I must say it's a little like pouring out all the functionalities without much of an explanation.

V-sync 2 causes the game to go into 30 (refresh rate / 2) fps synchronization - but it's not mentioned and when ppl think that a higher number is better, in this case, it makes the game look unnecessarily laggy.

V-sync 1 should be more than enough. Yes, synchronized at refresh rate, which is usually 60 fps. This will make the game look really smooth and eliminate tearing. Folks, please don't turn it off unless it's lagging badly on your machine.

Imho, it should really be just a simple V-sync ON or OFF mode.
