Leadership Exp?

How do I earn this? The in-game description says something about completing feats yet never mentions what these are and they don't seem to be listed under battlefeild info/descriptions. Need to raise my leadership so I can assign famous officers as bodyguards and raise my bond with them in Ambition mode. Help please!

Use command bodyguards in the pause menu while playing.

So I just have to use my bodyguards abilities? That's all it takes?

To earn Leadership EXP, you need to accomplish Feats, bonus points if you have bodyguards(just having them with you raises your leadership level a bit).
Feats in the game are two things:
-Your Bodyguard's skill
-Star Goals met in Free Mode.

If you use keep using each of your bodyguards' skills in consecutive Skirmishes, your Leadership Level will rise meteorically.

Btw if you ever try to get an "A" in a stage in free mode and you only got one star objective, use your 3 bodyguards abilities to get more feat points for that A requirement.
