I would say both games have a decent chunk of replayability, depending on what you want out of it and how much you care about absorbing the roles of the characters within the worlds as opposed to simply playing to get the next achievement and moving on. WO4 doesn't really have too much extra stuff outside of the story like WO3 Ultimate did with Gauntlet mode and such though, so you might lean towards DW8. But if you want a taste of the DW and SW experience in one package, that's what Orochi is for.
If you're under the two hours, you can still refund WO4. I personally enjoyed it because I really came to like the new gods (but it's also a bit bittersweet because the mystics are continually left in the dust on everything, even down to their outdated movesets lmao), buuut if you're into the series more for gameplay opposed to the enjoyment of seeing characters interact across time and space, then refund and wait for DW8 to go on sale. Why Koei didn't discount any of their DW games for the biggest Steam sale of the year is baffling.
