Create Sound Device Fail

So just this morning, I stumbled across a problem that I never encountered in my near 90h spent game. I came across an error that said "CreateSoundDevice Fail". I don't know how this happened, but I did recently added a second controller to the PC is that did anything. I really don't know what to do.

P.S. I also connect my PC to another monitor (1680x1050)

Solution for me was: change your audio ouput.
When i launch the game while default output audio system is my razer headphones i get the error.
However when i set my tv screen speakers as default output audio system i dont get the error and the game runs without any other issues.
