how to quickly get up after falling down?

In dw 4 and dw 5 i recall being able to jump up after falling down is it possible in this game? i tried to google it but with no luck.
Or getting knocked down? however u say it in english

You get knocked down, but you get up again. They're never gonna keep you down.

But also L1 is what you hit to do a somersault after being knocked in the air or down, so that will work too.

press block the moment you hit the ground. you can just keep tapping block quickly while you are in the air. then you will jump up as soon as you hit the ground.
