Even when I write the sentence correctly, nothing happens. I can go to the airport with the echo four text and mark e4 on the map, but it does not count as having solved the puzzle and I cannot get the achievement. Are you planning on putting achievemnts to the game? there are many optional things that can make it interesting.

All the assets are AI-generated images. Valve should force "developers" to add a IA tag on this kind of games so I can just block them from showing in my discovery queue

I've given the magazine with the concealing book cover to the patient that was sleeping. I thought this should give me an earlier ticket to be seen at the hospital, but I don't see how that happens. Interacting via left click with the digipad doesn't give me a new number; using the digipad on the patient or on the front desk doesn't give me a new number; interacting with the front desk still shows my old number.
