They changed the blue outfit to gold style which no requires to beat the game and you cant swap it. And its on pc, i guess it now has new vector art.
But as a "directors cut" its probably the worst directors cut version of a game compared to original ive ever seen in terms of content difference. Its supposed to imply thats the way they wanted it to be and would change parts of the game itself to better reflect what the director wanted.
Such as different enemies, new enemies, new or changed places, possible added game modes, and more, this really has none of that. So instead of directors cut it should be called "steam version"
The Golden version of the dress is part of a whole "increased difficulty" mode that simply wasn't in the other versions of the game.
