You could just keep six consoles in your living room, all hooked up to the same TV with some monstrous splitter combination. Add in more if you want to include other console manufacturers.
Again, no luck needed. Games usually drop in price by that much within a month or two of release, regardless of which platform they're on. Perhaps you were unaware of that?
I think that Nintendo has the exclusive rights for the next few years, though, so it'll take some time until we can see PC on the PC. I guess I'll have to watch a Let's Play or something.

Yes, but Half-Genie Gero won't be on 3DS. Which actually is annoying to me, because I'd like my 3DS to be able to play all of Shantae's adventures, and now one won't be there. Considering 3 out of 4 games are, it bugs my inner completionist/collector.
