My gripes with the current version of the game
I love this game and it is great fun, but there is currently six issues I have with the current version.
1. The lack of ADS/Iron Sights is very painful to not have in a game like this.
2. The lack of being able to toggle your aim because having to hold down the right mouse button all the time is very painful and tedious to be honest.
3. Please buff the mortars they are utterly the most useless Artillery weapon I have ever used in any game ever. They are more like a prop for the mortar like "OOHH PRETTY EXPLOSIVE ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE AESTHETIC" than actually being useful and damaging/killing enemies ever.
4. Not being able to check the scoreboard/players listing while in the spawn menu via tab button.
5. Why is there a spawn timer to just access the spawn menu? It's just redundant and makes it a bit annoying to deal with overtime. It's like a spawn timer on top of another spawn timer. Really bad design in that part.
6. Why can Tank shells that have HE rounds kill the occupants that are literally behind a wall of cement that has a good length against such rounds? I was behind one of them and somehow a tank shell can pass through the bunker as if they had AT tank shells back in 1914.

After those issues I listed its a pretty solid demo/game so far and as I stated above I love this game and hope that with those glaring issues dealt with can bring better gameplay to the table. I look forward to the next updates for the game. :lunar2019coolpig::cozyspaceengineersc:

And if your solution is to increase the accuracy of all weapons then you are asking for gameplay to be reworked entirely. Open field assaults are already near impossible with high playercounts, making every auto weapon accurate would pretty much doom them entirely.
Yes irl weapons were more accurate, they also had sights that went to 2km.

The issue with buffing mortars is that they really suck to play against as their gameplay is to get in a spot enemies can't reach and just point at the enemies you get to see with your FPV drone vision. They're also, more than other weapons, really dependant on playercount in a server for their effectiveness. Imo if they had to get a buff it would be making them more accurate at close range only and their acuracy getting worse with distance, which i think they dont have atm.
That would encourage a slightly more mobile playstyle and make it more of a risk/reward weapon.

Besides that nothing against the other 4.

Really enjoying the game... Gameplay / graphics nice and smooth. Not put too much time in the game yet but impressed with what i've seen so far.. Keep up the good work.
