What happen to the flood mode?

I dunno if its this game or the other one, but I am sure one of the two games had a flood mode where you would go against waves of flood. I remember playing it on the xbox 360, though I am not sure if was just a console exclusive thing, but I just wanna know if anyone remembers it

It was exclusive to the Xbox One version of the game, was hoping it would eventually release on PC but it never did unfortunately.

never added IIRC

one half of the issue was that 343 didn't set it up for local coop, and I vaguely recall the other half was Microsoft still being overbearingly protective of the Halo IP on other platforms in the mid 2010's. (there may have also been something similar to MCC's ODST port going on, since it also was only only half-added at the time)

with the amount of TLC MCC received in the last 10 years, this game desperately needs to be updated with the remainder of its missing features.
