Ultimate solution when game doesn't start, black screen

We will replace direct 3d handlers from open sourse project, also huge hz support

1. Download 3Dmigoto. [https://github.com/bo3b/3Dmigoto/releases]. Tested with
3Dmigoto-1.3.16.zip
2. Copy the files in the x32 folder to <path-to-game>.
3. Open d3dx.ini.
4. Change hunting=1 to ;hunting=1 by adding a semicolon.
5. Change ;refresh_rate=60 to the desired value, and remove the semicolon (e.g. refresh_rate=144). (optionally)
6. Save the changes and close the file.
7. Put save files from this advise [https://steamcommunity.com/app/277430/discussions/0/3077629031353266312/]

The game will replace it on the first launch
