Most Of My Mods Aren't Working

I have a ton of item and weapon mods. But only the custom location and character customization mods are working. None of the items have spawned in or dropped. I use the thunderstore mod manager and thought i only needed to have them enabled for them to work. Is there something else I need to do or has something gone wrong?

So I read homebrewery, switched to r2modman, and spoke to skrit aaaaaand it still doesn't work. More of my mods seem to be working better but still no items or at the very least skrit is bugged. Gonna try running r2 as an admin and see if that helps.

That fixed it! Wish the items dropped from monsters, chests, etc but whatever.
