Still, unless it's modded in, there are no genitals nor sex, and everyone is covered in either fur or scales or whatever else. Also as options, you can tone down the suggestiveness by disabling jiggle and over-proportions, and even adding underwear.
As for the definition of sexual content in video games, I think people may have different meanings to it. Some extreme cases may think that characters dressed and acting in a certain way may already be sexual content because to them, it's suggestive enough to cause them sexual thoughts. This is heavily tilted towards males watching female characters. Again, this is an extreme that I've seen but hopefully you don't.
Others on the other extreme don't see sexual content in a game or any other form of media until/unless there's actual sex. Because to them, all humans and humanoid characters have these body parts that don't mean much unless used specifically for that, with non sexual nudist communities being an example.

The warning screen on boot-up is mostly just cause some people are really hyper-sensitive about any game where the characters don't look strictly androgynous.
And more textures for nipples .
Not more than that , game is pretty super green and mod community of this game isnt so skilled even with unity ( just looks at valheim mods , that game got a total overhaul from mods in just no time when the EA was released )
If anything, i find the game Cutesy, Funny and a game, to have fun playing solo or others,
Nowhere near Conker's BadFur Day , South Park level of sexual content.
Only thing i saw is Big Top melons and big backsides, which for me it's funny but to others probably the opposite ,
Edit: and one of Slime Diva`s attack animation.
Randoms online probably typing funny , weird or gross stuff as Room names or chatting, but I seen that on a lot of other games with online, Anthro game or not.
I play mostly solo, so no idea how online players act, nor care,
I just ignore those type , if it's to weird.
However, it does say on their profile that their species is 'Chang,' Meaning that Sally and the other rodents are made in Kiseff's image!
Most probably he just want to separate the adult stuff so this game doesn't get affected by some groups.
Like Witch said, other sites have already archived his stuff. There's 682 results for Kiseff's art over on E6.
But it's still saddening to know we've lost another artist.
Tends to be an annoying trend that happens sometimes when an artist goes to game design, usually it comes from a feeling of needing to hide their NSFW stuff away for better publicity among groups that would actively come in to ruin a good thing, basically the types of people you wouldn't want getting close to your stuff in the first place. Can often set someone up for suddenly having a bunch of bad actors in their community or such types avoid it anyway due to the target demographic.
Meanwhile, in the multiplayer lobbies...
"Let's see here, we got 18+ ERP, another 18+, a NSFW tag... what the heck is 'Puppy F*****ville?"
It's almost as if the target audience of a game like this really also likes NSFW content. But hey, more money is more money since target audiences will buy it anyway, so may as well scrape some cash out of the ones on the fence too.

Sadly, we still have some prudes out there.
