Fires an explosive shot that deals 2x weapon fire damage. High knockback.

Shock Slug
2 Skill Points, Mind, Fixer
25 Mana, Ranged Weapon
0.3s Cast, 30s Cooldown
Fires an electrically charged shot that deals 0.8x weapon damage and stuns for 1s.

Turret
4 Skill Points, Mind, Fixer
50 Mana, Ranged Weapon
2s Cast, 20s Cooldown
Creates a turret using a copy of your ranged weapon. It fires uncharged shots with the same fire delay as charged shots. It copies your power stats. Its health is affected by your magic power by the same amount as Prism. Only one turret can be active at a time. Expires in 1 minute.

Tranquilizer Shot

20 Mana, Ranged Weapon
0.6s Cast, 30s Cooldown
Fires a shot laced with sedatives, dealing 0.5x weapon shadow damage and inflicting a 1s drowsy status (no effect until expired) followed by a 3s sleep status (stun).

Firing Squad
6 Skill Points, Dexterity, Stalker
60 Mana, Ranged Weapon
2s Cast, 60s Cooldown
Creates two illusory clones, one on both sides. You and your clones immediately unleash a charged attack with your equipped weapon. The clones then vanish.

Burn Bottle
2 Skill Points, Fire Power, Novice

Throws a fire bottle, igniting an area. Enemies hit become ignited.

Machine Gun
6 Skill Points, Dexterity, Fixer
20 Stamina
2s Cast, 10s cooldown
Deploys a machine gun that does massive damage per second. While using this machine gun, blocking is impossible, but you can't be stunned or knocked back.
Out of all three classes bandit is the only one with everything being super useful and doesn't need more stuff.

The most awesome and longest combo in the game:
venom shot+pay day+killer jab+bomb+volley and the game changes weapons needed for skills automatically so you have no worries about running out of hotbar.

The only thing i'd change is lower cds on bandit skills to max of 10 seconds as they feel way too long now.

Pay Day doesn't stun long enough to make that combo work bro. Plus, the two skills that ANY bandit (or any other class) can use that I posted so far are Flame Shot (which is a sidegrade to Venom Shot that doesn't reduce defense) and Burn Bottle (which is a >2s cast time skill and therefore incompatible with most combos, unless you're a madman and combo with an underpowered shield bash). All of the other skills I suggested are for Bandit's subclasses, not for Bandit itself.

Also, you ask for a cooldown buff to Bandit even when Pay Day already has a faster cooldown compared to Shield Bash. That doesn't seem consistent to me.

Bandit's apparently very powerful but in all honesty I think it's the hardest class to use in PvP. So far it's been carried by the NOVICE skill Spread Shot and the additional crit chance from dexterity. Mystic has a wide variety of skills, but far too many of them are underpowered. Fighter has significantly more individually strong skills than Bandit and has much more powerful weapons.
