Looked like a fun game but the furry gooning is too much

You can minimise the lewdness, but this is definitely not the game to play with children. Teenagers, maybe. Children? No.

You could play Phantasy Star Online, though. Atlyss draws some inspiration from it. Ephinea is the best private server last I checked.

The artist/modeller for the game definitely has a background in explicit stuff.

The game is very much intended for a mature audience. While there are options to disable the jigglebone physics, you can't outright disable the suggestive features.

There is no outright nudity and the majority of the game doesn't even feature any "sexual" content, but for the VERY small pieces that do feature it, it's too explicit for your children.

Which is unfortunate, cause even I can't recommend it to my friends because of these features.

I advise you to google what "target audience" is and think about the idea that not all games have to fit your preferences and be completely safe for children.
The furry theme in this game is a key aspect of game design, and coming and whining that you don't like it is cringe.

The same as if someone came to the War Thunder forum, which you are currently playing, and wrote: "I like the game, but I don't like the fact that we fly on WWII technology. I want to be able to fly on spaceships and rubber p*****s."

How I am irritated by people who come to the community of games that are obviously not created for them, their hobbies and especially their children and start whining that "well, this is too much, I can't play with my child"...

I'm not a furry and this stuff don't bother me in the slightest. You can just look for another game to play with your family and this one with random people or friends.

Just keep in mind: this game is hella amazing.

Frankly I'd say this game isn't lewd at all but it's riding on this delusional promotional train of it being super risque. Aside from the jiggly bits and chest/rear sliders being overly generous, the entire game is normal. Even the creator of the game has a notice plastered on load that says that there is no nudity and only mild suggestive themes.

It's a super fun hack & slash and I'd say the only issue is the floating skull Wisp Monsters hit way too hard at the beginning of the game, while you are trying to learn. Due to this I'd say bringing the family is more of a question if they can tolerate the initial difficulty spikes or if the combat is too fast paced for them(constant Dodge/Block/Parry).

A little confused why you specifically want to play this game with your wife and kid, but don't like the aesthetic of the game and think its a tad too adult for your kid. Then find something else to play my guy, there are plenty of other games that can be both fun and fit the bill for your family time.

Coming here to complain that the game is a bit much for your family is really weird. Are you expecting the single Dev to fix it for you? That's kinda asking a lot and is very entitled if you think that way. They probably aren't going to go out of their way to change the aesthetics for you. If not, not sure what you were expecting by complaining about it.

You are mistaken because all of those are optional, you can disable all the suggestive options and look plain and normal. The npcs i dont think look sexual because they are not really pushing it, they are fully covered really.. You only can look sexual suggestive if you want to. Id say get the game because its very fun, the game will give you that old nostalgic feel of gamecube rpg games like The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time if you played it!

Im telling you, you are missing out on the fun if you are gonna let the options that you can easily toggle off and not use bother you xD
