[Feedback] Jumping and Climbing
I noticed that you can not climb up or jump down when a unit is already standing at the start or finish of the "jump marker".

I do understand that someone up could prevent someone down from climbing up.

But not being able to jump down because somebody blocks the jump marker is a very unintuitive mechanic.

I think you should put some work into this topic to at least allow jumping down always.

Eventually the GUI will do a better job of displaying which Action Zones are available and which aren't. In a friendly control zone, all actions are blocked (this is to prevent multiple placement issues).

Expanding on this feedback, is there any reason that you can't jump down from more points along a cliff edge (like in the dock area) ? It's kind of strange that a long stretch of cliff (or overhead bridge like the temple) can only be jumped down from at one or two points AND that an enemy can block you by standing under the jump point. I can see that being abused big time multi-player.

giving the higher unit opportunity to attack with a drop-on-the-head bonus (and a falling test) might help discourage camping at the bottom of points. you could still block ways up, but that's kind of fair enough.

blocking .............well i think i like it so far.opens up some serious tactical options for controlling an area.
securing the high ground should be a priority if you want to make use of your ranged guys,then a blocking unit should present quite a problem for the enemy to get at your ranged guys.

I've been thinking about this too, it can come to a point where you have all access to a particular area blocked from above allowing you to shoot spam with no real danger in return. Makes it great fun for one side and on the other side that player leaves the game for good (potentially).

this is exactly what i've raised as an issue too in my earlier post.

One of the replies was 'it's gonna deviate from table top'. I really don't understand the logic.

Anyways I think this should really be added. Especially as some sort of unlockable skills. I mean I can just imagine one of those small nimble rat guys with a dagger pouncing on top of my unaware archer. Or very dexterous/sure footed archer leaning down to make a shot. A mighty warrior jumping down on top of enemies etc. I think just to leave these points for jump climb leap which can be blocked by characters is wasting huge potential that could add a lot of dynamic elements.
