Any money cheat available?
The game is certainly a bit too difficult for my taste and since there is only a single difficulty and no ability to reload a savegame or such, I'd rather find a cheat to level the playing field a bit instead of not playing this great game because of frustrations.

I enjoy the setting, the customisation and pretty much everything exept for the overpowered AI that seems to have way higher chances to hit and seem to deal a lot more damage when attacking from the back than me.
That and they dont suffer any ill effects and can be suicidal in their tactics because losing people is not an issue for them so I just like to level the playing field a bit.
I wouldnt want a god mode or anything, just infinite money to equip myself as best as possible and not have to worry about upkeep costs and all that.

I have been trying to find the savegame data but I cant find it, where is it, and would it be possible to edit it to grant my mercenary company a ton of money?

No there's no cheat at all, mainly because single-player and multiplayer warbands are not separated, unlike in something like Blood Bowl. So it's impossible to have cheats in SP since it would also affect MP, you could just re-hire everyone after a loss without any concern for economy (which is much harder to manage in MP because, believe it or not, single-player is much easier in the end once you figure it out more)

The AI does not do extra damage from the back. In fact there are no facings in this game.

Maybe you should try learning basic game mechanics.

6 hours in and you find the game too hard? Go figure! Once you figure out the ai patterns and how to exploit its aggressive gameplay the game becomes much easier. I also found the higher level my warband gets the easier the game gets as well. Just keep chipping away, eventually your gonna find the only way you lose a game is when a warband gets an Ambush, or a Demon spawns ontop of you.

ANNNNDDDD if the game bugs out and glues your warband to the ground and you have to quit because you cant move. Also there is the invisible fights you have to deal with now as well.

yah, you have to save and quit the battle (not abandon)

then reload it.

I tried that Petrothian sadly it cost me a lvl 3 henchman and gear for 2 others. Don't get me wrong. The game is good but the ai does not need more help killing off my warband and motivation to play.

Just download this "trainer" I got, bro. Don't worry it's not a virus that lets me keylog your steam account!

That is why.
