Weeping Blades and other racial weapons?

Can other warbands use weeping blades? I'm running a empire warband and have them as loot but so far have been unable to equip them.

Only Skaven.

Just as Flails are only for sisters, and Dueling pistols/Hunting Rifles/Crossbows are for Human Mercs.

i think you should be able to trade weapons between your own warbands personally

Wouldn't make any sense, really. You're all mercenaries, fighting for wealth and fame. Trading weapons between the same faction warband could feasibly make sense, ya know, two Skaven groups both working for the Murderlord, but even then, those other skaven groups are just as much your competition as the other factions, you wouldn't want to be helping your opponents.

Other factions would be completely illogical.

depends how you look at it all my warbands work for me so they should be able to trade

"You" don't exist in the Warhammer world. Your warbands work for the head of their faction, for example the Baron.
