I'm not sure about climbing and jumping (but I think you still can do it) and I did not try potions yet.
Imagine you push yourself into a blood rage, you won't be able to do anything else than hitting and splattering your enemies.
Edit: You can still use Adrenaline Rush (the talent) to recover offensive points. It is a useful talent combination on heavy armored henchmen who use weapons in both hands on rank 6.
And what about delaying your turn?
Things you definitely can't use : Any stance (including Ambush), Wyrdstone gathering, Looting.
my rat orge uses black hunger, frenzy, daredevil, bull charge, for that sweet sweet 200+ damage per hit. then another attack for 150 damage, then adrenaline for another attack 150, and then my leader says order 3 times, for another 450 damage.
Point i am trying to make is, sign of sigmar is, in my humble opinion, a waste of blue pills and skill points.
When using frenzy, your aim to make a kill in one turn. So maiden, i assume... 2 hammers, thats 60 damage normal x4 attacks. frenzy, daredevil, adrenaline, insult - thats 120 x 4 attacks. Leader in the back with 3x order... thats what, 120 x7 = 840 damage, a quarter will miss, but still a cool 600 damage. runes of perseverance, weak spot...to land as many hits as possible.
so roll in with maiden, do your thing, leader with order next, then a henchman in ambush to cover your maiden against counter-attacks by other units. No need for sign of sigmar.
Unrelated, but i found sign of sigmar to actually be a poor investment of blue pills. 4 pills for 10%... meh, you can get that from a passive awareness skill WITHOUT spending blue pills.
