Edit: has it got any blue/purple items? Pick those off and send it off naked as a bait
Although it's easy to forget about checking that part since there are a lot of non-obvious but crippling injuries (Stupidity easily takes the cake though)
If he has reaaallly excellent mutations though, might actually be one of the few cases that I'd keep, if you have spare skillpoints for Guidance on your Magister (or runes of Lucidity).
