But maybe when I checked I just went too fast ? I tried with a conspiracy dagger and compared with a sigmarite hammer, and I'm pretty sure the difference was more than just 6%... but it was a few weeks ago.
Hm dont think so. Base wrath is 10%. I tested it myself do not increase wrath % at all.
Its not a typo im sure. Theres also mark of change that + tzee curse. It will have absolutely no affect on sisters at all.
If u use -6% curse on sister. It DO NOT translate to -6% wrath.
Its conspiracy for smart users to take advantage of i suppose
Its the only enchant that + spell casting. Merc warlocks r pretty good at spellcasting as the come with concentration active spell. Sisters lack that and conspiracy technically makes up for it
Which means a Sigmarite Warhammer of Conspiracy is probably a very good option for a casting-oriented Matriarch, as you still get quite low wrath chances but now you have 90% on mastered Healing Circle instead of 80%.
Rune of Concentration ups you chances of spellcasting, 10% for purple enchant. Works well if you want to cast 4 Lightning Strikes per turn, and are feeling lucky, punk :D
