Replace injured with reserve

HI.. it is my first time playing this. And well some of my memebers are injured. But no problem so i hired some new in the reserve. But no i am not able to change the active injured member with the reserve.

To speak more graphicaly . I want the injured guy to take place in the back and the new fresh man to step in front. does anybody know how i could manage that ?

There is the 'two opposite arrows' at the top of your reserves. Click it to open UI to change Character positions.

well that is what i found, but i am not able to replace a bowman with a three star men , don`t know who to call that. fact is i am trying to replace my hancheman but this is not working.. hm.. any idead ?

You can't put a hero in a henchman slot, just like you can't place a leader on a hero slot. But the reverse would work -- you can put a henchman bowman on a hero slot (doesn't work for the leader slot as far as I can see).

Thats cuz a 3 star man is also called a hero.. Heroes goes into hero slots and henchmen into henchmen slots..
