You can find them on Ebay. I do have to warn you . . . they are expensive. However, the good news is that you can easily download the updated living rulebook (also a few variations that address the balancing issues) and almost any mini will do. There is a great Mordheim Facebook page where you can get some great ideas. Repear Miniatures and other companies make some great replacements. Here are some sites to check out:

DL the rulebook make your own scenery.. Buy models that are in theme from companies that are not GW and you can do it fairly cheap.

There is a substantial miniatures group on this Discord channel. They may also know.

In this day and age, making a Mordheim game from scratch for really cheap is totally possible with all the resources available now.

Everything I have gathered so far:

https://mordheim-city-of-the-damned.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Table_Top

The bottom line is that Mordheim has always been crafting heavy. You could have gotten away with minimum crafting but you still had to craft some (or at least paint in the hayday of official games/tourneys).

So right now, you might as well just craft the entire game.

The above category has, in particular, textures that you can print out and paste to building walls, floors and roofs directly without having to buy patterns (at the bottom of the table top crafting page). These come free from the internet as stone, parchment, roof shingles, brick, wood planks, etc.

You can even do papercraft figures if you want to print them and make them. People have shared their designs over the years and things have gotten more sophisticated. Not saying that a paper dragon is the most ideal thing but it beats buying a dragon for a single specific scenario.

On the other hand, if your idea is to mostly display (rather than play) you can do well with crafting as much as possible while keeping certain pieces authentic to tie everything in.

Mostly you just have to use your imagination and crossing miniatures by using "generic" representations (representation is what a miniature is anyway) can make your crafting (and possible expenses) easier.

For example, a non-specific ghost (or reaper type) figure can be used as the official Town Cryer and/or the Restless Spirit (from the Random Happenings).

EDIT: If you put a lantern or bell (or both) in the hand of a "generic ghost/reaper type" figure, you are very close to the official (yet expensive, even back in the day) Town Cryer figure. I think I have a hooded figure with no face and no hands (basically just a standing robe) that I used for the Town Cryer, Restless Spirit and Wizard miniatures. Even back in the day, you saved a ton of money by using your imagination and crafting abilities.
