New Hired Swords... are not available
I never gave it much thought, but how exactly are hired swords refreshed?

I have seen it multiple times now that after a supposed rotation nothing at all changed in my Hired Swords roaster. It is a bit of a downer if you are trying to fish for a specific high-level hero or henchman. Or if your current roaster is filled with armless, legless, concussion-suffering bastards with poor vision and nerve damage.

Hire&Fire to force generation of new Hired Sword at rotation. Rank 1 and 2 Characters do not really cost much at all.

I noticed wolf priest and doom weaver are not appearing in my rotations (merc and undead bands). Even after several rotations, not even a rank 1 appear.

Did they get a reduction rate? Anyone else noticed it since undead patch?

I don't think so, I seem to have loads of Doomweavers and Globe throwers appearing for my Undead but a real lack of Dregs, Ghouls and thralls, though I never seem to get what I'm after in terms of hirelings, I've always felt it works on a sods law principle. Also while I think the injuries kinda make sense, I really wish there would be less of them and that the rank of hired swords would be on the whole closer to your level, by which rank 10 warbands get mainly rank 5-7 hired swords as anything less is really not able to survive with out a extensive period of baby sitting.

Never really bothered with them much, but I did take the first 3 Hired Swords from the Baron (L3 Warrior after Act I-II, L4 Champion after Act I-IV, L5 Marksman after Act II-II and there also should be a L7 Warlock after Act II-IV). They ordinarily cost quite a bit, so if they're offering themselves for free... xD
