poor connection issues, 999ms with great internet??????!!???

I have great internet. I have Ethernet as well as 600 download and 200 upload, but I have poor connection issues?? Can't connect to any server and all the servers are 999ms like what the ♥♥♥♥.

Play with VPN. It's a Marvel server thing I'm not sure how to explain or the cause of it but the VPN just bypasses and you get to play just fine. Use a free VPN.
