Yeah, it has to do with their servers. Sometimes they buckle down and swings are very very slow and other times when a server is in good condition the swings are more quick than normal. It all depends on the hosting server. It's weird though because nowadays it's the complete opposite. Most servers are struggling to even get to normal running speed.

Dude, I don't think it's a "bug" as you say it is. It's two components that give you the best gameplay you can have. Firstly it's the low ping (about 25 ms) you have and secondly you run the game in medium settings or something wich gives you maximum fps.
