Bad teams. What to do?

I play support (Raccoon, Shark) and nobody protects me while I heal them. I get attacked by somebody like Spider-Man or Venom from behind, I run to my team and they tunnel-vision enemies in front of them.

I defend myself with my own attacks and I'll say 20% of the time I'll win, 80% I'll die.

What to do?

spam ping is basically all you can do.. and you can tell them that you cant heal them if they are going to let you die

play dps and enact your revenge on healers and make them feel despair?
