Is there a way to skip splash screens?

After crashing or getting D/C, Is there a way for the game to load without splash screens, seizure warnings and just going straight to login and reconnect?

There was a mod for it, but the new update dropped and that tends to break mods so going to have to wait for an updated one.

There is "-NoLauncher -NoStartupMovies " in the launch settings under properties, but its up to the game to actually include that compatibility.

It's so annoying we need mods to skip all this. Competitive game where if you crash you have to sit through 30 seconds of garbage you can't disable to go straight to the main menu.
