Marvel Rivals Anti-Cheat False Bans: Allowing Ban Evading

I dont usually write a discussion but form the looks of it I have to because of the incredible incompetence of ban appeals. I have been playing Marvel Rivals bought the battlepass and have skins from completing it and focused on just playing quick play for achievements but when i tried to hop on 26/12/2024 I get a message stating that I had been banned not for a week or anything but 100 years 02/12/2124 Reason: Cheating.
Now I am not going to be a person that says I dont even know how to hack, I definitely do but also I know the risks that come with hacks and I would use it only in either singleplayer games or with my friends to troll mainly playing Minecraft.
However when I saw I got banned on Marvel Rivals I was sure they would be able to remove it since it must have been some salty kids that I beat in game that reported me and I got auto banned because of the amount of reports because that would be the only way I could have gotten banned. When I went to their customer support on discord by the way with no actual interaction with a sane person I talked with their Anti-cheat Bot#6968.
I have had a very, very lengthy discussion over hours of arguing back and forth and with how they have handled it I am going to say they do not know how to run a game properly or if they do they want to run Marvel Rivals into the ground.

Tell me the date and time i was so called cheating and has that "abnormal data" ever come up again during the time i have been playing. For any type of data there can always be false positives and i would open to always contact someone directly and screenshare and prove nothing on my pc is a cheat for marvel rivals in any way.

The main problem if you did read that was they could not even tell me why I was banned for cheating nor the cheats I used or the date and time I did cheat. Now for anyone thats a tell tale sign they dont really know but since it flagged anti cheat they just ban like a bot.

Now you can see it had become 1:20 pm and thats not from me checking in the next day no I had been up all night because I thought it was going to be obvious for a multi billion dollar company that I didn't cheat. Also I did send them my game files that they don't ask for but just to add to my point that I did not cheat I did.

The worst had not to come I had later asked can i get the battlepass i paid for to a new account and to that they answered no obviously but then said that if I wanted to make a new account and play the game it would be fine as long as I follow their rules. Now thats interesting they seemed adamant I was cheating but now are fine as long as I create a new account and play that for all they know would be a new player that had no link to my original. This directly states that ban evading would not be penalised and all the true hackers banned for 100 years will just evade it with no penalty...

For those that will say that this is some hacker that wants others to turn against the company for their real ban I would not contact support and give them access to my files and they wouldnt be this evasive to me trying to get my account back I have found others in the same situation that showed their anticheat flagging open source software and anti malwares as well.

TLDR: ban appeal support for Rivals doesn't unban me for false ban but allows me to create a new account to continue playing with no relation of my original (definition of ban evading).

I also got a false cheat ban despite playing normally and I saw a few others getting false bans on the official Discord server as well, the Anti-Cheat is banning anything that is abnormal even if there's no cheating or modding involved.

You see I would say you are right but I asked have you checked manually on my replays and they said the same thing which proves they just don't care enough because the whole point of appeals for banned players that have been outright caught cheating would be a manual review, which most games do because they understand what ban appeals are for and their system can flag something else that is foreign without it being a cheat

I am not even understanding what you mean? If you check the discord as well there are many discussions on how any alterations to game files, fps boosters, mods, skin changes can be recognised as a cheat and when you are saying i got caught cheating then you are also wrong because I have not cheated on an actual multiplayer game just sometimes when playing with friends, i might add that it would be on a private server we created, and if thats the same thing you are crazy especially in minecraft when it allows you to create a lot of troll situations.
Even if you dont change something in the game files just having something open that the anti cheat cant understand will arise this abnormal data which the anti-cheat bot support has confirmed and replied next time dont have other applications open in the background while playing marvel rivals, essentially saying make a new account and play, and with any competent cheater i hope would understand dont cheat on your main account especially one you spend money on.

There's a key piece of information you seem to have overlooked. This is not an American company. No one has a delusion expecting freedom of speech, offerance of information, or any kind of legitimate customer service.

NetEase is a Chinese company. If this is your first time dealing with Chinese-run customer service, let me assure you... this is normal.

You can argue till you're blue in the face but their entire country operates on this concept that you are not able to argue with the authority and doing so will result in punishment. But you should also be aware that their systems are quite good at rooting out cheaters and your usual methods of feigning ignorance to a human moderator on Roblox will not work here.

Soooo your argument is that is changing the games files (which your not allowed to do) is not cheating? You do know that cheating isn't just for 3rd party apps right? It can be teaming with the enemy, alternating game files, macros, exploiting bugs etc. See how silly you sound?

AND, i never said anything about cheating in multiplayer games, you did. All i said was you admitted to cheating in multiple games as you said you cheat in Minecraft (unless your referring to creative but since you didnt, i'm going to assume you flat out hacked) and some singleplayer games and there is no telling if that's only a half truth or flat out lie. Nonetheless, since you've cheated in other games before it wouldn't be unlikely that you did it again.

Not to mention, you mentioned the multiple ways the game itself recognizes certain things as cheating such as mods and boosters. So your aware of what can be flagged and did something anyway and are shocked you got caught.

I mean i dont rlly know how to change that i would unhide it if u want but theres not much that would change to the topic at hand mostly just play rpgs if u wanna see that i can do that for u.
Edit: I have made it public for my games but everything else was already public I dont know what would change from seeing the games I play though

did not know NetEase was a chinese company fair enough I very much understand how they work there and their systems arent actually all that good at rooting out cheaters its been proven that netease anticheat can be circumvented quite easily by many there are even videos just telling you how to do so by proving it on 2 different accounts and their lifespans.

Its not actually mentioned that you can not alter the files and if you use any fps boosting mods for performance if you do have a bad pc thats not on the person with the bad pc that they get banned it would be very easy for them to detect existing mods just like many other anticheats that would not jeopardise the integrity of the game. I did say id play trolls on my friends on my private server yes but not in multiple games as you have said and for singleplayer games giving urself money in sims 4 and stuff like that isnt going to be the same as cheating on a multiplayer platform where it involves a 3rd unknown party.
For your last point that im aware what can be flagged no this is me after the fact trying to figure out why i was flagged as a cheater because I have not altered any of the game files in any way the reason i figured that they banned those that altered the files because of the amount of false bans that people are getting in discord discussing it and not even the discord mods actually know if it is allowed or not.
