Auto-burner: Build a filter set to Cinder. Fill with Cinder. Make sure it's filled all the way. Make sure you built around it so a liquid cannot escape. Burn until all the Cinder has become Lava again.
If it's all the way filled, any slag running over this filter will automatically burn.
Solid feedback! Addressing a few points below:
Grabbing steam was actually added as a workaround in order to move the trapped steam in caves. Ideally it should condensate automatically or be manually converted using the cryoblaster.
Yep, haulers are getting a lot of QoL. I will add a drone admin where you will be able to lock drones, change them and also of course delete specific ones.
Good point about slowing down when building and assigning paths! That's not intended.
So yeah, I'm totally with you on the vacuum. The idea is to rename the current vacuum to something like "leaf blower" and make it push instead of pull, and then add an actual vacuum that does exactly what you say. I think it would be really handy.
You can actually pick up water that is stuck inside queued (green square) buildings. This way you can easily build conveyor belts underwater. However, an upgrade to the gabber is planned where you can pick up water everywhere. Adding a sponge is an interesting idea.
Good point about the amethelis.
Regarding flux emanator and surplus. This will not be an issue in the full game. All the content in the demo is still early game. :)
Oh, and btw. You can actually leave a review on the Demo Steam page directly: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3490390/Sandustry_Demo/
Thanks again!
That sounds good, really enjoyed the Demo.
I do wonder in the full game will we have more space for building? The valley can quickly get a bit too cluttered especially if for the full game there will be a lot more production and resources.
Awesome, thanks for replying! I know the game is still in development and I'm excited to see the finished product! Keep up the good work!
