they said in another post they lost the source code for the first one and it came to steam did it have a pc port before? but Summoner 2 would be nice if put on steam but i still dont see that happening anytime soon maybe sometime after darksiders 3 as they r looking into a 3 :D i think they might as well look into making a Summoner 3 also that could be cool but dont think i seen any news on that happening :/

I snatched up Summoner as soon as I saw it, even though I still have the original PS2 disc.

I would love to see Summoner 2 on Steam as well. ..

I don't think it's possible but I wish Nordic Games could make it work. I would kill to have Summoner 2 on Steam, Hopefully one day we can see a third one but that's probably unlikely.

Summoner 2 was one of the best action RPGs ever and a one-of-a-kind - uses the same system that Star Ocean does but it's all in 3D.

I played the Gamecube version which I think is basically the same thing just different name but I would definately buy it in a heartbeat considering I don't have my copy anymore XD

THQ Nordic owns the IP now and they also own the developer Voliton. THQ Nordic released PC ports of older games actually, like Legend of Kay and most recently de Blob. So it's not impossible.

Didnt like Summoner 2 half as much and I thought it sort of dissed the main lore behind the first quite a lot. That said - how many horus did everyone else spend in the arena using various creatures hah

I remember it being a decent game, even though I never 100% finished it. Hopefully they remake it or at least pc port it.
