Every time i kill a boss i walk up to the red cube to then see the cutscene of the statue breaking then the camera just zoom out into just a white screen and i cannot save or leave. This has applied to all the bosses I want to progress but i simply cant

There are a lot of mysterious things in this game. What do you do in the mausoleum of alserac? There are a number of alters with 2 pillars and gems that light up in them. I've only lit a single gem. How do I light the rest and what do they do? What's up with the ghostly, red and black guys you find that disappear when you stand near them?
