Confusing Turbo vs Gold edition.

I just bought the super turbo edition, i had Gold edition before. Is super turbo edition a standalone game? Why does it have 30 achievements and Gold edition has 60 achievements when superturbo edition is supposed to be the latest edition? I am massively confused, someone please enlighten me.

Super Turbo Edition is the newest one with new content and expansion. Gold Edition is the name for the PC Version.

Ok so turbo edition is the one to play. I got confused seeing the achievements, since turbo edition has fewer achievements than gold edition

STCE is the ultimate PC edition of the game, it sports the most content and has some visual adjustments. It has notably less cheevos (iIrc, most of the challenging ones have been removed) than GE, likely in order to "streamline" the experience. I've played them both, in proper order, and haven't regretted it.
