It is the same one that is on sale on Steam, so it is missing the "Canal de las Flores" Tracks that Melodia shared the link to get them, other than that The Super Turbo Champion Edition game when you install it, it includes as bonus content the soundtrack, but steam doesn't registers it as a dlc because it was included with the game and not as a separated download.
The odd thing is that Steam on the current version, doesn't shows the soundtrack when I go to the library and change the mode to see the music I got on steam. I can access it by using steam's media player and clicking on the browse music button though.
That's why I thought the soundtrack was part of the game download and not a separated DLC.
