Soundtrack?
I have searched the steam store, but can't find a soundtrack DLC for STCE. Am I missing something, or is there just none?

You mean the new music? It's only two tracks, you can get it free here:
https://drinkbox.bandcamp.com/album/guacamelee-super-turbo-bonus-track-edition

And can buy the OST here:

Actually the soundtrack is included with the game. it is on this folder:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\DrinkBox_Game4\Soundtrack

It is the same one that is on sale on Steam, so it is missing the "Canal de las Flores" Tracks that Melodia shared the link to get them, other than that The Super Turbo Champion Edition game when you install it, it includes as bonus content the soundtrack, but steam doesn't registers it as a dlc because it was included with the game and not as a separated download.

Oh wait! I think I know why I have it. I got the game for free on May 2019, but it was in the shape of a promotional package, Guess it was the game and the soundtrack.

The odd thing is that Steam on the current version, doesn't shows the soundtrack when I go to the library and change the mode to see the music I got on steam. I can access it by using steam's media player and clicking on the browse music button though.

That's why I thought the soundtrack was part of the game download and not a separated DLC.

Sorry about the confusion u_u
