no sound

I've had facerig for a long time now over 2 years an i've used it lots but all of a sudden I can't get any sound to work. I have the video an tracking working normal but nomatter what settings I change it won't hear sound. I use my web cam on other things an everything works so it something to do with facerig alone don't know what else to try
