I think this is a great little game, it really scratches the itch for what I'd call a "puzzle-builder". I'd be happy if the creator(s) of the game were to see my ideas for little additions: When a city attacks you, I'd be useful to see its military strenght right on the pop-up, as finding the city to check for yourself can take annoyingly long.
